Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. (NHA) is a leading ATM self-service technology provider. The Field Service Technician will service and maintain ATMs within a defined territory, performing repairs, software loading and preventive maintenance, with on-site support and occasional travel.

The role may involve training of other field engineers, staging and integration of ATMs, and flexible scheduling including on-call duties to meet service obligations.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Electronics or 3–5 years of field service experience.
• Ability to travel domestically as needed.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, load software and maintain ATMs within assigned territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with internal/external support to provide end-user maintenance.
