Job summary

Cash Depot, Ltd. is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, service, and maintain ATMs and Air/Vac equipment across Wisconsin. The role requires performing cash replenishment, coin removal, and working with the dispatcher to fulfill scheduled requests.

Responsibilities include completing paperwork, meeting efficiency metrics, and assisting other technicians. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift items up to 50 lbs are required, with flexibility for on-call duties.

Qualifications

• High School Degree / GED.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to be insured.
• Ability to drive a vehicle over 50% of the shift.
• Experience in trouble shooting or electro mechanical work.

Responsibilities

• Install, convert, repair and remove ATMs, Air/Vac, and other equipment and Cash Depot products.
• Perform cash replenishment and coin removal as scheduled or on request.
• Coordinate with territory dispatcher to execute dispatches as scheduled.
• Complete tasks as assigned by supervisor or Cash Depot staff.
• Maintain inventory and support requests to complete tasks accurately and promptly.
• Perform administrative paperwork and adhere to security procedures.
