Job summary

NCR Atleos, headquartered in Atlanta, seeks a Field Service Technician II in Dayton, OH to install, service, and repair electromechanical equipment including ATMs and self-checkout systems. You will cover a defined territory, triage issues, and communicate solutions clearly to customers.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to the Dayton, OH area or willing to relocate.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and OS familiarity.
• Willingness to travel, including weekends and rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and system configurations.
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity.
• Organize and triage customer issues, addressing problems proactively when possible.
• Communicate with customers in an open, helpful, and professional manner focused on resolution.
• Participate in virtual and hands‑on training programs provided by NCR Atleos.
• Comply with NCR Atleos policies, including Shared Values, Code of Conduct, health and safety standards, accurate timekeeping, and fleet and safe driving requirements.
• Perform other related duties consistent with qualifications and business needs.
