Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a Field Service Technician II to install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment such as ATMs and self-checkout systems within a defined territory across North America. You will diagnose hardware and software issues, coordinate with customers, and participate in training programs to stay current with technology.

The role requires a valid US driver’s license, willingness to travel, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to the specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment within an assigned territory.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system configurations issues.
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity.
• Communicate with customers in an open, helpful, and professional manner.
