Job summary

NCR Atleos is hiring Field Service Technicians to service electromechanical equipment including ATMs and self-checkout systems across an assigned territory. The role emphasizes prompt installations, maintenance, and on-site problem solving.

Candidates should have a mechanical aptitude, be willing to travel, and possess a valid US work authorization with a clean driving record. Training is provided to grow within the service organization.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting NCR Atleos requirements.
• PC skills and basic electronic skills.
• Ability to perform essential functions with/without accommodation.
• Prolonged travel with long driving days.
• Rotating and weekend shifts.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Physical activities requiring bending, squatting, and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like ATMs and self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair and system overhauls.
• Manage network faults and traffic, configurations, security, and remote access.
