Job summary

NCR Atleos in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Field Service Technician II to install, service, and repair ATMs and self-checkout systems across the region. The role involves traveling within territory, performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing hardware/software issues, and delivering high‑quality customer service.

You'll receive training, work with a supportive team, and contribute to reliable self‑service solutions for financial institutions and retailers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to the specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets NCR Atleos fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and system configurations.
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity.
• Organize and triage customer issues, addressing problems proactively when possible.
• Communicate with customers in a helpful, professional manner focused on resolution.
• Participate in virtual and hands-on training programs provided by NCR Atleos.
• Comply with NCR Atleos policies, including Shared Values, Code of Conduct, safety standards, and timekeeping.
• May be reassigned to adjacent service territories to meet operational needs; communicate in advance when possible.
• Overnight travel assignments may be required; travel follows policy and reimbursement guidelines.
