Job summary

NCR Atleos is hiring a Field Service Technician II for Macon, GA. You will be on the front lines servicing and repairing electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, across an assigned territory.

Training is provided, with opportunities to travel and grow within a global service network. You will diagnose hardware, software, and networking issues, communicate clearly with customers, and participate in both virtual and hands-on programs to expand your skills and advance

Qualifications

• Local candidate to the specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and driving record meeting NCR Atleos fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential job functions including travel and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and system configurations.
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity.
• Organize and triage customer issues, addressing problems proactively when possible.
• Communicate with customers in an open, helpful, and professional manner focused on resolution.
• Participate in virtual and hands-on training programs provided by NCR Atleos.
• Comply with NCR Atleos policies, including Shared Values, Code of Conduct, health and safety standards, accurate timekeeping, and fleet and safe driving requirements.
• Perform other related duties consistent with qualifications and business needs.
• May be reassigned to adjacent service territories during standard shifts to meet operational needs.
• May elect to participate in overnight travel assignments to support broader service coverage.
