Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking Field Service Technicians to join our team in Dayton, OH. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electromechanical equipment such as ATMs and self-checkout systems within a defined territory.

You will diagnose hardware, software, and networking issues, manage remote access and security settings, and participate in training programs. This full‑time position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth across a global service network.

Qualifications

• PC skills and basic electronic skills are required.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot basic hardware and software.
• Willingness to travel and work across a territory.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and system configurations.
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity.
• Organize and triage customer issues, addressing problems proactively when possible.
• Communicate with customers in an open, helpful, and professional manner focused on resolution.
• Participate in virtual and hands‑on training programs provided by NCR Atleos.
• Comply with NCR Atleos policies, including Shared Values, Code of Conduct, health and safety standards, accurate timekeeping, and fleet and safe driving requirements.
