Job summary

NCR Atleos in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a Field Service Technician II to install, service, and repair electromechanical equipment across a defined territory. You will diagnose hardware and software issues and collaborate with customers to ensure reliable self-service technology operations.

Ideal candidates are tech‑savvy with strong mechanical aptitude, comfortable with travel and weekend shifts, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while upholding NCR Atleos standards for safety

Qualifications

• Local candidate to Cincinnati area.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets NCR Atleos fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory
• Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and system configurations
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity
• Organize and triage customer issues, addressing problems proactively when possible
• Communicate with customers in an open, helpful, and professional manner focused on resolution
• Participate in virtual and hands-on training programs provided by NCR Atleos
• Comply with NCR Atleos policies, including Shared Values, Code of Conduct, health and safety standards, accurate timekeeping, and fleet and safe driving requirements
• Perform other related duties consistent with qualifications and business needs
• May be reassigned to adjacent service territories during standard shifts to meet operational needs; managers will strive to communicate in advance whenever possible to minimize schedule disruptions
• May elect to participate in overnight travel assignments to support broader service coverage; all travel follows established company policy and reimbursement guidelines
