Job summary

NCR Atleos in Richmond, VA is seeking a Field Service Technician I to service ATMs at customer locations. You will be the first line of contact, diagnose issues from logs, perform basic repairs, and communicate clearly using our service app.

Requires a High School diploma, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to work nights, weekends, and outdoor conditions. Training provided; prior ATM experience not required.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the specified geographic area.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a driving record.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with and ability to use an Android cell phone.
• Ability to perform essential functions including travel, lifting up to 50 lbs, bending and standing.

Responsibilities

• Follow Safety and Security Procedures when working on ATMs.
• Complete NCR Atleos trainings and Certifications.
• Diagnose problems based on ATM error logs and service app information.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs, indoors and outdoors.
• Accurate reporting of updates and work performed, including call closure details.
• Maintain parts inventory and related records.
• Report hours worked and miles driven daily.
