Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a Field Service Technician I for Richmond, VA. You will be the on-site face of the NCR Atleos brand, diagnosing ATM issues from logs and the service app, performing minor repairs, and maintaining clear, timely communication with customers.

Responsibilities include safe, efficient on-site service, reporting hours and miles, managing inventory, and completing company trainings. The role offers hands-on learning with growth potential in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the specified geographic area and be authorized to work in the US.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Access to a company-provided Android phone and ability to operate it.
• Ability to perform essential functions including travel and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Basic electrical and mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent the NCR Atleos brand on-site and communicate via the service app.
• Diagnose ATM problems from logs and service app data.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs indoors and outdoors.
• Report work details, hours, and miles promptly and accurately.
• Maintain parts inventory and related records.
• Follow safety procedures and official training requirements.
