Job summary

Quality Data Systems (QDS) is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair cash automation equipment across the Charlotte region. You will travel within a 100-mile radius of your home base, supporting ATMs, ITMs, TCRs, and coin equipment while delivering reliable, customer-focused service.

Qualifications

1+ years in ATM/cash automation or related field service.
Experience troubleshooting electromechanical equipment.
Knowledge of Windows, networking basics, and diagnostics.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and support ATMs, ITMs, TCRs, currency discriminators, and coin equipment.
Diagnose hardware, software, networking, and peripheral issues.
Perform preventative maintenance and equipment upgrades.
Manage service calls and customer expectations through repair lifecycle.
Document service activities and communicate with internal teams.
Build relationships with customers through technical expertise and responsive service.
