Job summary

Quality Data Systems Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to service cash automation equipment within a 100-mile radius of Monroe, LA. The role requires hands-on work, independent problem-solving, and strong customer relations.

You will troubleshoot ATMs, ITMs, TCRs, currency discriminators, and coin machines, upgrade software/hardware, diagnose and repair system issues, and perform preventive maintenance. A valid driver's license and ability to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in installation or repair of cash automation equipment or related systems is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair ATMs, ITMs, TCRs, currency discriminators, and coin machines.
• Upgrade software and hardware components as needed.
• Diagnose system issues and perform repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
