NCR Atleos is seeking a Field Service Technician I to service ATMs at customer sites in the Atlanta area. You will apply on-the-job training to diagnose basic module problems, perform simple maintenance, and ensure clear communication via the service app to keep customers satisfied.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, valid US work authorization, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Reliable transportation for work.
• Familiarity with Android devices (company provided).

Responsibilities

• Follow Safety and Security Procedures on ATMs.
• Complete NCR Atleos trainings and certifications.
• Diagnose problems from ATM error logs and service app.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs.
• Accurately report updates and call closures.
• Maintain parts inventory and related records.
• Report hours worked and miles driven daily.
