Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to service ATMs in the Bloomingdale, NJ area. The role involves on-site repair, maintenance and software loading, with occasional travel outside the home geography.

You will train staff, work with support departments, manage spare parts, and complete timely reports while maintaining service level agreements. A valid driver’s license and willingness to work flexible hours are required.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience; ATM experience preferred but not required.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters.
• Ability to use hand tools and carry heavy parts up to 80 lbs.
• Willingness to travel domestically and work extended hours, weekends and holidays.
• On-call duty with compensation.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, software loading and maintenance of ATMs within defined geographic territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks of equipment.
• Provide on-site support and preventive maintenance for ATMs.
• Travel occasionally outside home geography as required by management.
• Manage spare parts and follow inventory processes.
• Complete administrative reports and on-call duty as assigned.
