Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. in Raritan, NJ seeks a Field Service Technician (ATM) to service and maintain ATMs within an assigned territory. You will perform installation, repair, software loading and preventive maintenance, traveling as needed.

The role requires strong electronics knowledge, ability to lift up to 80 lbs, use voltmeters and hand tools, and on-call availability. Training bank staff and documenting service activities are part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Electronics or equivalent experience; ATM experience preferred, but not required.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters.
• Ability to use hand tools and lift up to 80 lbs.
• Willingness to travel across the country as needed.
• On-call duty may be required with compensation.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, software loading and maintenance of ATMs in a defined territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with internal and external support for maintenance.
• Maintain service level agreements per customer contract.
• Handle products and services of medium to high complexity.
• Occasional travel with short notice outside home geography as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance and diagnostics on ATMs.
• Manage spare parts and inventory processes.
• Complete administrative reports within the given timeline.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Provide exceptional customer service as a Nautilus Hyosung America representative.
