Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. in Modesto, CA is seeking a Field Service Technician (ATM) to service and maintain ATMs in the assigned territory. You will perform installation, repair, software loading, and preventive maintenance on equipment, and travel may be required.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 80 lbs, operate analog and digital voltmeters, and work extended hours including weekends. You will train staff, complete reports, and ensure adherence to service level agreements

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electronics or equivalent experience; ATM experience preferred.
• Ability to use voltmeters and hand tools.
• Willingness to travel domestically and work odd hours.
• On-call duty with compensation.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain ATMs within territory.
• Train bank staff on maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with internal/external support to provide maintenance.
• Maintain service level agreements per contract.
• Travel as needed; may be outside home geography.
• Complete administrative reports in a timely manner.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and protect company assets.
