Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs within a defined territory in the United States. You will perform on-site repairs, software loads, preventive maintenance and participate in training of new staff.

The role requires strong electronics and electro-mechanical knowledge, ability to lift up to 80 lbs, and willingness to travel. On-call duty and flexible hours are expected; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience; ATM experience preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years of field service experience.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain ATMs within a defined geographic territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks of equipment.
• Work with internal and external support departments to provide maintenance.
• Complete administrative reports within the time line allotted.
• Flexible work schedule with on-call duty and travel as needed.
