Job summary

Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs across a defined territory from Cleveland, OH. You will perform installation, repair, software loading and preventive maintenance, with occasional travel and training of staff.

The role requires strong electronics and electro-mechanical skills, ability to use voltmeters and hand tools, and willingness to work on-call shifts to meet service commitments.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Electronics or equivalent
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters
• Ability to use hand tools and lift up to 80 lbs
• Willingness to travel nationally and to work varied shifts, including on-call duty

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, diagnose, load software and maintain ATMs within a defined territory
• Train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks
• Provide on-site service and escalation support as needed
• Maintain service levels per customer contracts and perform preventive maintenance
• Complete administrative reports in a timely manner
