Job summary

Hyosung America, Inc. in Indianapolis seeks a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs within a defined territory, performing repair, maintenance, software loading and replacement as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience; ATM experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs with/without assistance.
• Willingness to travel domestically and work varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, software load, and maintain ATMs within defined territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks.
• Provide on-site support and replacement services; coordinate with internal/external teams.
• Complete administrative reports in a timely manner.
• Maintain on-call duty and flexible schedule; provide excellent customer service.
