Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. in Jackson, Mississippi, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs within a defined region.

The role includes installation, repair, software loading, preventive maintenance and on-site support, with occasional travel required. You will train bank staff, collaborate with support teams, and ensure SLA compliance while completing timely administrative reports.

Qualifications

Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience; ATM experience preferred but not required.
Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters.
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs with or without assistance.
Willingness to travel nationwide when needed.
On-Call duty required; compensation is provided.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, software loading and maintenance of ATMs in a defined geographic territory.
Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks of equipment.
Work with internal and external support departments to provide maintenance support.
Maintain all Service Level Agreement as defined per customer contract.
Occasional travel outside home geography may be required.
Complete administrative reports within the timeline allotted.
Provide extraordinary customer service as a representative of NHA.
Maintain company property and a valid driver’s license.
