Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. in Port Saint Lucie, FL, seeks a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs across the assigned territory.

You will perform on-site repair, software loading and preventive maintenance, with some travel required. You’ll train others, work with internal teams to provide support, and complete administrative reports while upholding security procedures and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of field service experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Installation, repair, software loading and maintenance of ATMs in a defined territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with internal/external support to provide timely maintenance.
• Maintain all Service Level Agreement metrics per contract.
• Work on products of medium to high complexity.
• Occasional travel beyond home geography as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics and cleaning of ATMs.
• Complete administrative reports and on-call duties as assigned.
