Job summary

The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for the service and maintenance of Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) within their assigned territory. The Field Service Engineer will provide on-site support for ATMs including but not limited to repair, maintenance and replacement services.

Some travel required. Education: Associate’s Degree in Electronics or 3–5 years of field service; must be able to lift up to 80 lbs and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of field service experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, load software and maintain ATMs in a defined geographic territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams to provide maintenance support.
