Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs within a defined territory. The role includes on-site repair, maintenance, software loading, and may involve training other engineers.

Some travel is required, and the candidate should be able to lift up to 80 lbs and work with little supervision. Required qualifications include an Associate’s Degree in Electronics (or equivalent) and 3–5 years of field service experience, with ability to use

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience; ATM experience preferred but not required.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters.
• Ability to use hand tools and carry heavy parts up to 80 lbs.
• Ability to travel nationwide as needed.
• On-Call duty required; compensation provided.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, load software and maintain ATMs within geographic territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks.
• Work with support departments to provide maintenance.
• Perform preventive maintenance and diagnostics on ATMs.
