Job summary

Hyosung America, Inc. in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs within an assigned territory. You will perform on-site repair, maintenance and replacement, and may assist with staging and integration of ATMs.

The role requires travel, on-call duties, and the ability to lift up to 80 lbs. You will train other engineers and complete administrative reports while upholding SLA commitments.

Qualifications

• May require an Associate's Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience.
• Prior ATM or field service experience preferred.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, load software and maintain ATMs within a defined territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with internal/external support to provide maintenance.
• Perform preventive maintenance and diagnostics on ATMs.
• Travel as needed, on-call duties and complete administrative reports.
