Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Banking Service Technician to service and support existing customers by responding to service calls and handling small projects. The role involves installs, testing, repairs, and maintenance of drive-up, locksmith, and electronic banking equipment, with emphasis on ATM/TCR systems and networked video solutions.

You will work in a dynamic team, growing with the company while upholding high standards of safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of banking drive-up, locking and electronic systems.
• Experience with DVRs/NVRs connected to remote banking systems.
• Strong mechanical and electrical systems knowledge.
• Customer focus and excellent communication skills.
• Adaptability to changing situations and information.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, test, repair, and service drive-up and ATM-related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair remote units and associated components.
• Perform maintenance and ensure compliance with specifications and safety policies.
• Mentor less experienced staff and assist in project planning.
• Respond to service calls, maintenance, and after-hours requests.
