Job summary

Insight Enterprises is seeking a Phone Support Technician to join the ATM Deployment and Installation Team in Columbus, OH. This on-site role focuses on deploying and configuring ATM devices, including software loads, in support of real estate projects and fleet maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with large environments, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying and configuring technology in large environments, preferably retail/financial.
• Experience supporting ATM technicians during installations and software loads.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and follow processes.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and install ATMs as part of the Deployment and Installation Team.
• Load/configure software for ATM devices from remote support location.
• Coordinate with cash vendors, security vendors, and trade teams to install ATMs.
• Troubleshoot issues using documented procedures and analytical problem-solving.
