Insight Enterprises is seeking a Phone Support Technician to join the ATM Deployment and Installation Team in Columbus, OH. This on-site role focuses on deploying and configuring ATM devices, including software loads, in support of real estate projects and fleet maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with large environments, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilités

Requisition Number: 106742ATM Phone Support TechnicianLocation: On site 1111 Polaris, Columbus, OH.Pay: Depending on experience, the pay is up to $32.00 an hourSchedule: Monday – Friday 1st shift; 7:30am to 3:30pm or 8:00am to 4:30pmAs a team member on the ATM Deployment and Installation Team (DIT), you will be part of a team that strives to enhance employee and vendor experience through managing ATM projects related to new installations, replacements, and temporary moves to accommodate real estate projects.The DIT Team is a part of the ATM Monitoring Group (AMG), which supports more than 15k ATMs by monitoring active technician dispatches and the overall health of the devices across the entire fleet. You will be part of a team of analysts that executes on the ATM projects listed above, as well as a liaison between support groups that help provide a pathway to resolution assistance. AMG partners with various teams, including Technology, Real Estate, third-party suppliers, and ATM hardware and Cash Supplier Management to maintain the Chase ATM fleet.Key Responsibilities:Previous background working in large environment supporting the deployment and configuration of technology devices in retail financial industryIdeal candidate would have specific experience supporting ATM technicians in the installation’s steps in the field and software load/configuration from our remote support locationStrong understanding of the various support roles of cash vendors, security vendors, ATM technicians, and other trades required to install an ATM.Must be able to work in fast paced environment with the ability to multi-task in/out bound phone calls, application of department/install process, updating project details, and manage concurrent issuesStrong troubleshooting skills leveraging a combination of documented procedures/resolution steps and using analytical problem-solving skills to resolve issuesStrong communication skills when interacting with technology and non-technology stakeholderBe AmbITious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow.
