Job summary
NCR Atleos, headquartered in Atlanta, seeks a Technical Consultant to evaluate, install, test, and support software solutions for ATMs and cash recyclers. You will work on multi-vendor platforms, focus on security, performance, and transaction handling, and partner with field teams to ensure successful installations and acceptance testing.
The role requires a blend of technical, analytical, and client-facing skills, with some shift work and potential travel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer sciences, information systems or other technical discipline.
- Experience in ATM or kiosk self-service industry as a plus.
- Experience creating and leading group presentations, hosting webinars.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, Install, Configure, Troubleshoot
- Configure base software in customer environments
- Conduct unit tests, track problems, and implement changes to ensure adherence to test plan and functional requirements
- Diagnose, isolate, and implement remedies for system failures caused by software errors
- Establish acceptance criteria and quality goals
- Provide estimates, goals, standards, constraints and dependencies as input to the SOW and the software development plan
- Perform QA in end-to-end testing and lead resolution of issues
- Prepare software for distribution to customers or networks
- Support field organization during lab installations, certifications and training
- Lead analysis and resolve issues found during customer acceptance testing
- Provide production support including hot fixes and integration testing
