Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience with low voltage electronics, mechanical systems, and computer experience.
• Experience with alarm/CCTV systems; ATM technical experience is a plus.
• 3+ years of previous field service experience, preferred.
• Military experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support and repairs of customers’ equipment, may include training customers on proper use of equipment.
• Communicate with Dispatch to maximize productivity. Provide detailed documentation of troubleshooting, repairs performed, parts used, and current status of equipment. Keep reports of service requests and complaints.
• Drive company vehicle to various customer locations as directed by Dispatch. Be readily available to accept repair, install, and/or preventative maintenance calls from Dispatch.
• Organize and manage paperwork, inventory tools and parts.
• Initiate orders for replacement parts and/or for correcting orders (shortages, wrong item shipped, etc.).
• Perform required administrative duties, meetings, parts returns, timesheets, expense reports, and detailed ticket analysis.
• Provide weekly vehicle maintenance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
