Job summary

Insight is seeking an ATM Deployment and Installation Team (DIT) analyst in Columbus, OH. You will join a team that manages ATM projects including new installations, replacements, and temporary moves to support real estate projects.

The role supports the ATM Monitoring Group (AMG) with dispatches and device health oversight across the fleet. Responsibilities include deploying and configuring devices in large environments, assisting ATM technicians in-field, coordinating with cash and security

Qualifications

• Background supporting deployment and configuration of technology devices in a large retail financial environment.
• Experience supporting ATM technicians in installation steps and software load/configuration from remote support location.
• Understanding of cash vendor, security vendor, ATM technicians roles and dependencies.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with calls, updating project details, and resolving concurrent issues.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure ATMs and related technology in retail environments.
• Support installation steps and software loading/configuration for ATM technicians in the field.
• Coordinate with cash and security vendors and other trades involved in ATM installs.

Pay: Depending on experience, the pay is up to $32.00 an hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday 1st shift; 7:30am to 3:30pm or 8:00am to 4:30pm

As a team member on the ATM Deployment and Installation Team (DIT), you will be part of a team that strives to enhance employee and vendor experience through managing ATM projects related to new installations, replacements, and temporary moves to accommodate real estate projects.

The DIT Team is a part of the ATM Monitoring Group (AMG), which supports more than 15k ATMs by monitoring active technician dispatches and the overall health of the devices across the entire fleet. You will be part of a team of analysts that executes on the ATM projects listed above, as well as a liaison between support groups that help provide a pathway to resolution assistance. AMG partners with various teams, including Technology, Real Estate, third-party suppliers, and ATM hardware and Cash Supplier Management to maintain the Chase ATM fleet.

Key Responsibilities

• Previous background working in large environment supporting the deployment and configuration of technology devices in retail financial industry
• Ideal candidate would have specific experience supporting ATM technicians in the installation’s steps in the field and software load/configuration from our remote support location
• Strong understanding of the various support roles of cash vendors, security vendors, ATM technicians, and other trades required to install an ATM.
• Must be able to work in fast paced environment with the ability to multi-task in/out bound phone calls, application of department/install process, updating project details, and manage concurrent issues
• Strong troubleshooting skills leveraging a combination of documented procedures/resolution steps and using analytical problem-solving skills to resolve issues
• Strong communication skills when interacting with technology and non-technology stakeholder
