Job summary

Synovus Financial Corp in Columbus, GA seeks a Cash Operations team member to support cash supply and ordering for bank offices, assist with offsite ATM terminals, and coordinate with transport providers. You will maintain cash levels for ATMs, offices and remote vault inventories and work with operations teams daily.

Responsibilities include forecasting cash flow, processing invoices, opening service tickets, managing access to ATMs, and ensuring compliance with controls and risk policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Two years of office cash operations experience
• Sit Regularly

Responsibilities

• Oversees cash management system cash flow forecast model for ATM, office and remote vault inventories.
• Provides support regarding cash supply, ordering, courier services and offsite ATM questions.
• Opens ATM service tickets and monitors cash ordering schedules to ensure adequate daily cash.
• Assists Reconcilation with research of discrepancies and maintains reports on cash levels, couriers, ATMs and cash ordering.
• Manages access to ATMs for loading cash and correcting issues; reviews courier invoices for accuracy.
