Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma; Some College preferred.
• Knowledge of BSA and Privacy regulations.
• Mastercard rules and regulations governing card programs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Detail oriented with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize daily tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive service to clients and prospects in person and over the telephone.
• Perform maintenance on card products (limits, travel, etc.).
• Monitor ADC, Adaptive Authentication, Applications and Account Activity.
• Process Fraud/Disputes on all card products timely within regulatory timeframes.
• Meet clients' financial needs and refer to other areas when appropriate.
• Assist other team members to ensure delivery of distinctive service.
