Job summary

The role requires strong incident management skills, SQL query abilities, and experience with monitoring dashboards. Evening/weekend shifts are part of the schedule to ensure 24/7 ATM availability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in production support or incident management.
• Familiar with monitoring tools dashboards and basic network concepts.
• Experience with ticketing systems (Remedy, JIRA, ServiceNow).
• Strong reporting and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of OpenShift and Autosys.
• Experience building SQL queries and analyzing logs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production platform support operations for the ATM Channel.
• Coordinate changes and on-call responsibilities for supported applications.
• Analyze production issues and follow incident management processes.
• Lead triage bridge lines and communicate status with stakeholders.
• Document incidents, impacts, and recovery steps; provide updates to leadership.
• Participate in on-call coverage including evenings and weekends.
