Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of banking experience.
• Advanced computer skills and ability to learn electronic banking platforms and systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to research, identify, and resolve operational issues.
• Ability to perform balancing and reconciliation functions accurately.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines.
• Ability to travel during the workday using personal transportation as needed.

Responsibilities

• Balance ATM reports, general ledgers, and offsite ATMs, including preparation of general ledger tickets and adjustments.
• Verify debit card applications and ATM/debit card maintenance (PIN changes, lost/stolen, etc.).
• Review ATM and debit card setup and maintenance for accuracy within systems.
• Research and resolve customer inquiries and investigations with supporting documentation.
• Maintain ATM network operations, monitor cash balances, and coordinate service calls.
• Assist branches with first-line ATM support and offsite duties.
• Support new tools and platforms, complete daily ledger activity, address operational issues.
• Complete assigned general ledger reconciliations.
• Provide support for electronic banking platforms (Internet Banking, Branch Capture).
• Open, monitor, and close service calls related to supported platforms.
