Job summary

UNITED COMMUNITY BANK in Blairsville, GA is seeking an ATM & Card Operations Specialist to support our debit and credit card programs and ATM network. You will process new and replacement cards, maintain existing accounts, and provide internal and external support to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.

Responsibilities include card processing, account maintenance, responding to inquiries, monitoring ATM/ITM activity, and cross-training within the department.

Qualifications

• This role requires an Associate's degree and banking knowledge.
• At least 1 year of banking or financial experience preferred.
• Must pass a background and credit check.
• Evening and weekend schedule flexibility is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service related to debit cards and ATM/ITM support.
• Process new and replacement debit cards and address card issues.
• Maintain debit card accounts and resolve transaction questions.
• Review and correct rejected orders and manage reports.
• Respond to inquiries via email or phone and support card controls.
• Monitor ATM/ITM activity and coordinate service calls when needed.
• Cross-train to cover all department functions.
