You will process a variety of transactions, resolve issues, promote banking solutions, and ensure compliance with bank policies while delivering a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through ITM transactions to deliver a seamless experience.
• Process transactions across checking, savings, loans, cards, deposits and withdrawals.
• Evaluate transaction risks and ensure compliance with bank policies.
• Identify customer needs and recommend banking products and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns while maintaining standards.
• Support ATM/Debit Card services and monitor system status.
