Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Banking Service Technician to service and support existing customers, respond to service calls, and participate in small projects. You will work with drive-up, locksmith, and electronic banking equipment, including ATM/TCR systems, and contribute to training and team growth.

The role emphasizes hands-on installation, testing, repairs, and preventative maintenance while adhering to safety policies and company standards.

• Mentor less experienced staff and contribute to project deployments.
• Respond to customer service and maintenance calls promptly; ensure compliance with standards.
