Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Project Leader 1 to join the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit. The role involves leading multi-discipline projects across security, fire alarm, AV, IT systems, and perimeter protection for federal, local, and commercial clients.

A strong PM background and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams are required. Responsibilities include budgeting, schedule development, client coordination, and ensuring project profitability and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Clearance/Citizen Type required for government access.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Assist project Superintendent with documentation, layout, and field office support.
• Develop resource loaded CPM schedule in Primavera.
• Coordinate and run PKOM.
• Forecast cash flow and manpower needs.
• Review blueprints and project specs.
• Develop budgets and cost codes with the team.
• Prepare estimates and change orders.
• Meet with customers to present proposals.
• Ensure safety regulations and inspections are met.
• Monitor progress and report on budget and schedule.
