• Minimum 3–5 years of retail management experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach a team in a high-traffic store.
• Financial literacy and budgeting experience.

• Deliver and drive the store's sales plan and revenue goals.
• Ensure an outstanding Design Within Reach client experience and strong visual presentations.
