Havertys Furniture is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for Retail, Corporate and other divisions from our Home Office in Atlanta. You will partner with Directors and hiring managers to attract, assess and present top candidates, while ensuring compliance and efficient hiring processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or related field; equivalent education/experience accepted.
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or HR recruiting, preferably in retail or home furnishings.
• Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
• Full-desk recruitment experience: sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and partnering with hiring managers.
• Experience with SmartRecruiters and SAP SuccessFactors; knowledge of federal/state employment laws.
• Strong analytics, BI and reporting skills; able to interpret data to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and leadership to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Serves as strategic recruitment partner to Director of Talent Acquisition and hiring managers.
• Recruits Retail Sales Consultants, Interior Designers, and Assistant Branch Managers across multiple states.
• Manages full-cycle recruitment: postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, and presenting candidates.
• Handles job descriptions, pay structures, compliance, and TA processes across divisions.
