Job summary

Havertys Furniture is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for Retail, Corporate and other divisions from our home office in Atlanta, GA.

You will partner with the Director of Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to attract top talent across multiple states, ensuring a smooth process and strong candidate experience.

This role requires 5+ years in recruitment, proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and SAP SuccessFactors, and a willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, business, psychology or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or sales recruitment.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed is required.
• Full-desk recruitment knowledge including sourcing, assessment, offers.

Responsibilities

• Serves as strategic recruitment partner to the Director of Talent Acquisition and hiring managers.
• Recruits Retail Sales Consultants, Interior Designers, and Assistant Branch Managers across states.
• Manages full-cycle recruitment: postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, presenting candidates.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations throughout employment process.
• Collaborates on TA projects, creates guides, and supports policies across divisions.
