Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson is seeking an Engineering Office Leader for the Atlanta office to oversee operations, drive growth, and align strategy with practice leaders while ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree, Georgia PE, and 15+ years in leadership of highway/bridge projects with a strong business development and staff supervision track record.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Registered Engineer in Georgia (PE).
• 15+ years of industry experience including supervisory, PM, and business development.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing and develop new clients.
• Forecast administrative, staffing, and facility needs for the office.
• Monitor work-in-process, billings and collections for projects.
• Review design work to ensure highest professional standards.
• Coordinate marketing and financial objectives with the Board of Directors.
• Supervise office staff and coordinate with regional leaders.
• Maintain licensure in Georgia and supervise production of documents.
