Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited program.
Professional Engineer (PE) license.
10+ years of experience in a civil engineering discipline.
Experience in project management and business development.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Coordinate growth plan with office managers and practice leaders.
Establish and expand market presence through marketing and business development.
Manage departmental budget and allocate resources.
Lead and contribute to proposal production.
Provide technical guidance to project managers and staff.
Determine staffing needs for the section.
Interview and hire staff for the section.
Conduct performance reviews with input from project managers.
Lead and mentor team to drive growth and development.
