Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an ABET accredited engineering program.
• Professional Engineer License.
• 10+ years’ experience in a specialized discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing and develop new clients.
• Maintain liaison with clients to resolve project questions.
• Monitor work-in-process, billings, accounts receivable and collections.
• Forecast administrative, staffing, and facility needs for the office.
• Review design and production work to meet professional standards.
• Ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with senior management on branch performance and marketing objectives.
• Lead manpower planning with the main office and forecast project needs.
• Supervise staff according to firm policies and applicable laws.
• Interview, hire, train, assign, appraise performance and address issues.
• Maintain licensure and supervise preparation of construction docs and reports.
• Seal/sign construction documents.
• Develop project management plans and schedules.
• Coordinate scope development and manage subconsultants.
• Handle extra work orders and open-end proposals.
• Support marketing proposals with Section Heads and Practice Leaders.
