• 10+ years experience in specialized discipline.

Responsibilities

• Assist with strategic growth plan with office managers and practice leaders.
• Assist with growth of market presence in area through marketing and business development.
• Manage financial budget for projects and allocate resources accordingly.
• Contribute to the production of proposals.
• Serve as a technical expertise resource to project engineers and technical staff.
• Identify resources for staffing needs.
• Assist with interviews and hiring of staff for the section.
• Perform performance reviews for staff based on input from project engineers on assigned teams.
