The role focuses on handling sophisticated employment matters in a collaborative, high-performing environment with a hybrid work arrangement.

Ideal candidates bring 3–8 years of labor and employment law experience, strong litigation skills, and the ability to manage cases independently and within a team.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Georgia Bar admission in good standing.
• 3–8 years of substantive labor and employment law experience.
• Experience in employment litigation in state and federal courts.
• Ability to manage matters independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle labor and employment litigation from inception through resolution.
• Represent management before state and federal courts and agencies.
• Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, and participate in depositions.
