Our client, a leading management-side labor and employment AmLaw 100 firm, seeks an experienced Labor & Employment Associate Attorney to join its Atlanta office. Hybrid work arrangement and a collaborative, high-performing environment are offered.

Ideal candidates will have 3–8 years of substantive labor and employment law experience, strong litigation background, and a proven ability to manage cases independently within a team setting.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Georgia Bar admission in good standing.
• 3–8 years of substantive labor and employment law experience.
• Experience in employment litigation in state and federal courts.
• Ability to manage matters independently and as part of a team.
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Experience at a large or well-regarded law firm preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of labor and employment litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Represent management in employment-related claims before state and federal courts and administrative agencies.
• Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, and participate in depositions and hearings.
• Advise clients on day-to-day employment issues and risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop litigation strategy and practical, business-oriented solutions.
