Talent Solutions Partners is recruiting an experienced Labor & Employment Associate Attorney for its Atlanta office. The role focuses on management-side employment litigation in a collaborative, high-performing environment within a leading AmLaw 100 firm.

The ideal candidate has 3–8 years of labor and employment experience, a top-tier JD, and Georgia bar admission. This hybrid role offers significant responsibility and a supportive team culture.

Formación

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Georgia, in good standing.
• 3-8 years of substantive labor and employment law experience.
• Significant experience in employment litigation, including matters in state and federal courts.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently and as part of a team.
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating effectively within team-based environments.
• Experience at a large or well-regarded law firm preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Handle a wide range of labor and employment litigation matters, from inception through resolution.
• Represent management in employment-related claims before state and federal courts and administrative agencies.
• Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, and participate in depositions and hearings.
• Advise clients on day-to-day employment issues and risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop litigation strategy and deliver practical, business-oriented solutions.
