Qualifications

• Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Hospitality/concierge/hotel/multifamily or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable and organized; able to handle last-minute staffing needs.
• Must have reliable transportation and travel between properties.
• Flexible schedule with weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple Atlanta-area properties under Regional Manager.
• Assist with employee scheduling and shift coverage.
• Respond to last-minute call-offs and staffing changes.
• Coordinate coverage for open shifts and fill in when needed.
• Support, coach, and direct front desk team members.
• Ensure attendance, appearance, hospitality, and service standards.
• Assist with training and onboarding new staff members.
• Visit properties around Atlanta to monitor operations and staffing.
• Communicate staffing and operational issues to Regional Manager.
